License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Unpost app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying technology.

User Authority and Responsibility
By using Unpost, you confirm that:
- You have the authority and necessary permissions to delete messages, posts, or other content on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, Twitter).
- You are solely responsible for the deletion actions performed through the app.
- You will not use the app to delete content that you do not have explicit permission to remove, including content belonging to accounts or systems you no longer have access rights to (e.g., after termination of employment).
Unpost is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the app that results in the deletion of content without proper permissions. Users agree to indemnify and hold Unpost harmless from any claims or disputes arising from unauthorized deletions or misuse of the app.
Subscriptions and Payments
Unpost offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
Intellectual Property
The Unpost app and its content, including logos, graphics, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our express written permission.
Third-Party Services
Unpost interacts with third-party platforms and services, including Discord, Slack, and Twitter. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of use of these third-party services. Please review their respective terms and policies.
Each platform's terms of service and API usage guidelines must be followed when using Unpost with these services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Unpost is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any errors will be corrected
- The app will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
- The app will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
Our total liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the app or its subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website. We will notify you of any material changes via:
- In-app notifications
- Email (if you have provided one)
- Updates to the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms
Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your location. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
