Terms of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Unpost app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

By using Unpost, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying technology.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

By using Unpost, you confirm that:

• You have the authority and necessary permissions to delete messages, posts, or other content on third-party platforms such as Discord, Slack, and Twitter.
• You are solely responsible for the deletion actions performed through the app.
• You will not use the app to delete content that you do not have explicit permission to remove, including content belonging to accounts or systems you no longer have access rights to, such as after termination of employment.

Unpost is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the app that results in the deletion of content without proper permissions. Users agree to indemnify and hold Unpost harmless from any claims or disputes arising from unauthorized deletions or misuse of the app.

Unpost offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

The Unpost app and its content, including logos, graphics, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our express written permission.

Unpost interacts with third-party platforms and services, including Discord, Slack, and Twitter. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of use of those third-party services. Please review their respective policies and terms.

Each platform's terms of service and API usage guidelines must be respected when using Unpost with those services. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Unpost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The app will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
• The app will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or personal information.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.

Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or its subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on our website. We will notify you of material changes through:

• In-app notifications.
• Email, if you have provided one.
• Updates to the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms.

Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the app.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your location. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
