How to upgrade, restore or cancel Premium

Premium is a monthly subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play, that removes the free daily cap on every account.

Open the Subscription tab
It’s in the bottom bar, and Unpost opens on it until you subscribe. Buy Premium (on the Daily limit reached popup) and Upgrade Now (on the result screen after a run uses up the free allowance) both open this tab.

Subscribe through the store
The Subscribe button shows the monthly price from your App Store or Google Play account, in your currency, and the store handles the payment. The plan renews every month until you cancel it. If the button stays on Loading price…, or reads Try again with Store unreachable, check your connection and tap Try again; if it keeps failing, close Unpost completely and open it again.

Check that Premium is on
The Subscription tab now reads Premium is active, and your accounts no longer show a Free Daily line.

Restore it on a new phone or after reinstalling
Sign the phone in to the Apple ID or Google account that paid, open the Subscription tab and tap Restore at the top right. When it works, the tab switches to Premium is active straight away; if nothing changes, see the last step. A subscription bought on an iPhone restores only on Apple devices with that Apple ID, and one bought on Google Play only on Android with that Google account.

Cancel in the store
Unpost can’t cancel for you. Once Premium is active, the Subscription tab shows a note pointing to the store’s subscription settings; it names the App Store on an iPhone and Google Play on Android. On iPhone that’s usually Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium normally stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Paid, but still see Daily limit reached?
Tap Restore, then close Unpost completely and open it again: it checks your subscription with the store every time it starts, so make sure you’re online when you open it: a poor connection at launch can make Unpost treat you as free until the next start. If nothing changes, email contact@unpost.app with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.

- Premium lifts Unpost’s daily cap only. A platform can still pause a run for a few hours.
- Reddit has no daily cap to lift. There, Premium unlocks two Content Options: Delete Content, which deletes posts and comments for good instead of overwriting them, and Remove [Unpost] affiliate, which you tick to drop the Unpost line from overwritten text.
- Refunds are handled by the store, not by Unpost: ask Apple or Google Play.
