Why a cleanup found nothing or stopped early

Most stalled runs come down to a scope problem, an expired session, or the daily cap. All three are quick to check.

Nothing found
Your filters excluded everything. Widen the date range or clear the keywords and read the caption under the card again.

Session expired
The platform ended the login. Remove the account with the trash icon and add it again.

Stopped at a round number
Fifty deletions is the free cap, not a crash. The counter resets tomorrow.

Closed DMs cannot be browsed. Reopen the chat on the platform, or use the data package flow.
