How to keep your best posts and delete the rest
On Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, the options screen you reach with Continue has a Content Filters section. You give a lowest and a highest count for likes and comments (and views on TikTok), and only posts inside those limits are deleted.

Tap Continue and find Content Filters
Each count has two boxes: ≥ is the lowest number a post needs to be deleted, ≤ the highest. An empty box means no limit. The line under the section says which posts the filter covers.

Type the highest count to delete in ≤
To keep every post with 100 likes or more, type 99 in the ≤ box under Likes: posts with 99 likes or fewer are deleted, the rest stay. The number you type is included. Under the boxes, Deletes posts that have: spells out the result, here Likes — 99 or fewer. On TikTok, the Views line works the same way, to keep the videos people watched.

Know which posts it covers
On Instagram, posts, reels and carousels. On Facebook, timeline posts (it also picks which posts get their comments cleared; a post Facebook reports no count for is left alone while a limit is set); photos, albums and activity report no counts, so the filter doesn’t narrow them and they are still deleted. On TikTok, your videos; a video TikTok reports no count for is left alone while a limit is set, and your likes and comments aren’t filtered by it.

Try it on a small run first
For a first try, tick just one kind of content on the list before Continue, set your limits, and tap Delete. In the list under the progress card, posts outside your limits are marked Skipped. If that matches what you expected, run the rest.

Good to know
- If a ≥ number is above the ≤ number, no post can match, and the section says so: No post can match: the minimum is above the maximum.
- Counts are read as the run lists your posts, so a post is judged on the count it has at that moment.
