How to get a refund for Unpost Premium
Only the store that took the payment can refund Unpost Premium: Apple for an iPhone or iPad, Google Play for Android. You ask the store yourself, and the store decides, including how long it takes: Unpost can’t refund a payment.

If something doesn’t work, tell us first
We’d like to fix it. Update Unpost to the latest version (the version is at the bottom of Settings) and run it again. If it still goes wrong, tap Report a Bug on the result screen, or email contact@unpost.app from Settings → Contact Support, with the platform, iPhone or Android, what you ticked and what the result screen says.

Use the account that paid
Premium belongs to the Apple Account (Apple ID) or Google account that paid for it, so ask for the refund signed in with that account. The charge comes from Apple or Google, and Unpost never sees your payment details.

On iPhone or iPad: ask Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in. Choose “I’d like to”, then “Request a refund”, pick a reason, then pick Unpost. Only you can send this request: the Unpost team can’t ask Apple for you. Apple’s own help: support.apple.com/en-us/118223.

On Android: ask Google Play
Open Google Play’s refund request at support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244 and follow its steps.

Cancel too, if you don’t want it to renew
Cancelling and refunding are separate: cancelling stops the next monthly charges and gives nothing back, while a refund is a request to the store about a payment already taken. Good to know
- The free plan lets you try any platform without paying: up to 50 deletions a day on each account. Premium lifts Unpost’s daily cap, not the platforms’ own limits, and on X, older posts need your X archive: see Unpost says nothing is left on X, but my posts are still there.
- Nobody from Unpost ever asks for your password or a login code.
